This kit contains a pre-cut dtailed silhouette applique.  Just peel the protective backing paper, position it on the background (it's slightly tacky so it stays in place) and iron.  The Steam-a-Seam 2 fusible web is already on the applique!  No tracing or cutting!
 
Background fabric is not included with the precut applique.
